World's Best French Toast

Cinnamon is high is anti-anxiety properties, which is great to have on those extra stressful mornings.
Topped with pecans and bananas adds to the nutritional value, there's enough flavor you could skip the syrup if you are on a diet. 

Bonnie's Ultimate French Toast

Ingredients
1 slice bread                                                                                      1 egg
2 tablespoons milk                                                                            3 tablespoons cinnamon, separated
1 tablespoon vanilla extract                                                              1 small banana, sliced
1/4 cup pecans                                                                                  syrup and powder sugar to taste

Directions
Place pan on medium-low heat. Mix 2 tablespoons cinnamon, egg, milk, and vanilla extract in the bowl. Drip bread, flip. Make sure bread is fully covered, use most or all of the egg mix. Place bread on the pan, if there is any remaining egg mix dump on top of bread. 

Cook both sides 3-5 minutes, until egg cooks fully to center

Top with banana, 1 tablespoon cinnamon*, and pecans. Serve with powder sugar and syrup. 

*some people prefer a cinnamon sugar mix on top. To do this mix 1 part cinnamon to 1 part sugar and use as directed
