To Die For Grilled Cheese

Bonnie's Tomato-Grilled Cheese


A quick and easy twist to a classic, that's delicious and nutritious. 


Ingredients
2 slices bread of choice                                                                            2 tablespoons diced tomato
dash of oregano                                                                                        1 tablespoon butter
1 slice cheese of choice

Directions
Heat pan, medium-high heat. Butter bread. Place the first piece of bread butter down on the pan. Place cheese on the bread spread tomato across the tomato. Dash with oregano, place the 2nd slice of bread on top with butter face up.

Cook until bread is golden and cheese melts, flip when bread is golden.
