Pumpkin Spice Bacon
Ingredients
8 slices bacon 1/4 cup brown sugar
1 tablespoon pumpkin spice
Directions
Preheat the oven to 400 and line a baking sheet with aluminum foil
In a bowl combine the pumpkin spice and the brown sugar. Drip the bacon into the brown sugar and evenly coat each piece.
Line the bacon flat on the baking sheet and cook for 22-25 minutes, until bacon is cooked to desired crispiness.
Cool 5 minutes
Either eat as is or use as a topping
