Easy Hacks to Spice Up Packaged Meals


So you have to eat mac and cheese for the third time this week?

No worries, here's a list of several delicious ways to spice up those prepackaged meals, and make them a little healthier too!


1) Cauliflower, Broccoli and/or bacon in mac and cheese

I love to boil either cauliflower or broccoli with my noodles then add precooked bacon in with the noodles. This doesn't take any extra time, and it adds a serving of vegetables and meat to my otherwise boring meal.

2) More Authentic Ramen

If you have to buy the prepackaged ramen noodles, then take a few seconds and chop up some fresh mushrooms and green onion. In less than a minute you can add tremendous flavor to a simple dish.



3) Fruity Oatmeal

Or add raw berries, sliced apples, nuts, cinnamon, brown sugar, almond butter, or peanut butter!
The more you top it with the more filling it will be.
