Rice and Veggie Stir Fry
Ingredients
2 cups instant rice, cooked 10 baby carrots chopped
1 can green beans 1 can corn
1 clove garlic, minced 1 baby onion
1/4 cup broccoli cut small salt and pepper to taste
2 teaspoons soy sauce (or to taste) 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
Directions
Cook rice according to directions before starting
Add oil to pan over medium heat. Once hat stir in all ingredients and cook for 15 minutes until carrots begin to soften
Store 3-4 days in a refrigerator. Great for the work week.
